Number Clap with Kablam

Number Clap is a great activity for refocussing, especially when beginning a Maths class. It works well for Key Stage 2 children and can be adapted to work on addition and multiplication in addition to honing skills such as coordination, non-verbal communication (eye contact) confidence and participation.

Warm-up and body countdown

Body countdown can be used as warm up before physical activity and is an active way of practising countdown, subtraction and developing coordination. Body countdown can be easily adapted for KS1 or KS2 children and to different levels of ability.

Kablam’s wellbeing check ins

A short video to demonstrate two creative activities explaining how to non-verbally "check in" with your children through your sessions to see how they are feeling. This video was created to celebrate Children's Mental Health Week (Feb 2021).
